Somen noodles

Directions

  1. Gather the ingredients.
  2. Boil somen noodles in a large pot, according to package instructions.
  3. Drain and rinse noodles. Set aside.
  4. Put dashi soup stock in a medium pot. Bring to a boil. Add soy sauce, mirin, and salt.
  5. Add boiled somen to the soup. Bring to a boil, then immediately remove from heat.
  6. Serve in bowls with chopped green onion sprinkled on top.
