Scrambled eggs

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place a scoop of butter (~1T?), and x eggs in a pan (scramble in pan), set to medium heat
  2. Stir constantly, remove from heat when the eggs start to solidify
  3. Stir a bit more, add back to heat
  4. Repeat 2-3 times
  5. Add sour cream once the eggs are finished
