Roti
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Wheat Flour
- Water
- Salt, to taste
Directions
- Take wheat flour and make a well. Add water gradually, pinching into the flour, until a doughy consistnecy, and then knead the dough.
- When well kneaded, divide dough into 8-10 portions and roll into balls. Cover surface with flour, and roll thin.
- Place roti on a hot unoiled pan. Flip it after 15-20 seconds and then cook until bubbles start to appear on the lower side of roti.
- Flip the roti on the gas & cook it briefly until brown spots appear and the disk puffs up.
