Reuben

Ingredients

• Butter, softened
• Rye bread
• Swiss cheese
• Corned beef brisket, thinly sliced
• Sauerkraut
• Thousand-island Dressing

Directions

1. Make sandwich with the rye bread, swiss cheese, sauerkraut, thousand-island, and corned beef
2. Butter both sides of the sandwich
3. Fry on a griddle, flip once golden-brown
