Onion and potato pakora

Directions

  1. Heat The 03 Cups of Oil into the pan
  2. Combine gram flour, cumin, red chili, turmeric, finely sliced chili, and salt to taste. Mix it well with water. Add the water slowly to get a paste.
  3. Cut the potatoes into thin pieces & coat w/ batter.
  4. Fry in oil until brown. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Repeat w/ onions (can use thicker paste), and serve with chutney.
