Mashed potatoes

Ingredients

• 6 medium potatoes
• 2-4 T butter
• salt to taste
• milk

Directions

1. Boil potatoes until soft; drain
2. Add butter to potatoes and a moderate amount of milk
3. Add more milk until desired consistency while blending
4. Salt to taste
