Lachha paratha
Ingredients
- 2 cup wheat flour
- 2T ghee
- salt to taste
- filling (cilantro, cooked cauliflower, cinnamon, cumin, etc.)
Directions
- Mix flour, ghee, salt sprinkle water enough to make a smooth dough.
- Divide into equal balls.
- Roll into big circle and apply a teaspoon of ghee and filling evenly on the top.
- Now cut the Circles into the long pieces and roll one by one like a coil and smash to make a flat round.
- Heat pan, drizzle oil and cook in medium flame both sides until golden brown.
