Lachha paratha

Directions

  1. Mix flour, ghee, salt sprinkle water enough to make a smooth dough.
  2. Divide into equal balls.
  3. Roll into big circle and apply a teaspoon of ghee and filling evenly on the top.
  4. Now cut the Circles into the long pieces and roll one by one like a coil and smash to make a flat round.
  5. Heat pan, drizzle oil and cook in medium flame both sides until golden brown.
