Italian sausage and leek quiche

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Brown italian sausage with chopped leek and a generous portion of fresh spinach
  2. Beat eggs and milk together, add salt and pepper to taste
  3. Add sausage mixture to pie crust, cover with layer of mozzarella cheese, and then top with egg mixture
  4. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
