Italian sausage and leek quiche
Ingredients
- 1/2lb Italian sausage (mild)
- 1 leek, finely chopped
- fresh spinach
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- mozzarella cheese
- 1 frozen pie crust
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Brown italian sausage with chopped leek and a generous portion of fresh spinach
- Beat eggs and milk together, add salt and pepper to taste
- Add sausage mixture to pie crust, cover with layer of mozzarella cheese, and then top with egg mixture
- Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
