Girl and the goat beans

Ingredients

Directions

  1. combine lemon juice, fish sauce, soy, dijon, garlic, and sriracha
  2. create ailoi - whisk together some of the vinaigrette and mayo until ailoi consistency
  3. heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan.
  4. add green beans and some sliced shallots for flavor.
  5. add enough vinaigrette to coat the green beans. let steam.
  6. add a handful or two of cashews for flavor.
  7. transfer to serving dish & drizzle with aioli.
  8. serve hot.
