Duck soup (rice cakes, not ducks!)
Ingredients
- 1/2lb chuck roast, sliced as thin as possible
- 1tsp sesame oil
- 12 cups water
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Ducks (rice cakes)
- Beef stock or bouillon powder, to taste
- Green onion (optional)
Directions
- Brown chuck roast in sesame oil
- Add water, heat to a simmer
- Swirl water and slowly add beaten eggs
- Season water w/ beef stock to taste (will require a fair amount!)
- Add ducks, cook until tender
- Garnish w/ green onion and serve
