Duck soup (rice cakes, not ducks!)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Brown chuck roast in sesame oil
  2. Add water, heat to a simmer
  3. Swirl water and slowly add beaten eggs
  4. Season water w/ beef stock to taste (will require a fair amount!)
  5. Add ducks, cook until tender
  6. Garnish w/ green onion and serve
