Chicken noodle soup
Ingredients
Stock
- 2 large chicken carcasses
- 1 large onion
- 1 medium carrots
- 2 rib celery
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp peppercorns
- 12-16 cups water
Finishing
- 1 box spiral pasta
- 3 cups cooked, cubed chicken
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp MSG
- Finish with salt
Directions
- Combine ingredients in pressure cooker
- Cook on high for 4 hours and a natural pressure release
- Strain and refrigerate
- Skim some fat from the top before use
- Boil with finishing ingredients
