Butter paneer chicken

Ingredients

For chicken only:

For gravy:

Directions

  1. If making chicken, marinade in combined ingredients for at least 2 hours or overnight
  2. Heat a pan with mustard oil.
  3. Add fenugreek and onion paste; fry for 5 minutes and then add ginger and garlic paste. Fry for 2 minutes. Now add the tomato, garam masala powder, coriander powder, red chili, turmeric powder & fry it till brown. Add fresh cream and cashew butter and marinated chicken or paneer.
  4. Add 2 cups of water and cook til gravy is reduced.
  5. Add butter and garnish with coriander leaves.
