Salsa verde
Ingredients
- 15 medium tomatillos
- 1/2 fresh jalapeno pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- juice of 2 limes
- 1.5 medium onion minced
- ~30 sprigs of cilantro minced
- 2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Dehusk and wash tomatillos.
- Cut tomatillos in half, place on baking sheet. Broil for 7-9 minutes, until slightly charred.
- Combine all ingredients in food processor, pulse until blended.
