Pulled pork
Directions
- 8-9 hours for pork, plenty of charcoal; clean out ash tray before/after
- Cover in foil after hour 4 (after smoking is completed)
- Target temp for pork = 190; make sure to check temperature 2 hours before serving. Finish in oven at 350 if far off 190.
- 5 handfuls of wood, soaked overnight if using chips; otherwise just use 5 chunks of wood
