Mom’s cheesy potatoes
Ingredients
- 2lb bag frozen hash browns (prefer cubed)
- 1.5 sticks butter
- 8oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1c chopped onion
- 1tsp salt
- 1pt sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- garlic salt to taste
- 2c corn flakes
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together (including 1 stick of butter), except for 1/2 stick butter and corn flakes. Put in greased 9x13 pan.
- Sprinkle corn flakes and sliced butter.
- Bake at 325 for 1:15.
