Hummus
Ingredients
- 2 can garbanzo beans (or 3 cups of cooked garbanzo beans)
- 2/3 Cup(s) tahini
- 1/2 Cup(s) lemon juice
- 1 1/3 Teaspoon salt
- 2 medium cloves garlic
- Olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin (or more, to taste)
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (or more, to taste)
Directions
- Place the garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, salt and garlic in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth (add water and/or olive oil to thin to desired consistency).
