Dejibulgogi

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Make bulgogi sauce
    1. Mix soy sauce + sugar + mirim
    2. Add crushed garlic + crushed ginger
    3. Add crushed Korean pear
    4. Add sliced green onion
    5. Add sesame oil + a little bit black pepper
    6. Mixed everything well
  2. Make marinated bulgogi
    1. Mix the bulgogi well with the sauce
    2. Refridgerate overnight
  3. Cook
    1. Place bulgogi in skillet with 1/2 cup of water
    2. Stir bulgogi until it cooks. You can add more water depending on the status.
    3. Done! Enjoy!
