Dejibulgogi
Ingredients
- 2lbs pork bulgogi (can buy sliced from H-mart, otherwise thinly slice pork shoulder)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup mirim (cooking wine)
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 cup sliced green onion
- 1 Korean pear, pureed
- Black pepper
- 3 Tbsp sesame oil
Directions
- Make bulgogi sauce
- Mix soy sauce + sugar + mirim
- Add crushed garlic + crushed ginger
- Add crushed Korean pear
- Add sliced green onion
- Add sesame oil + a little bit black pepper
- Mixed everything well
- Make marinated bulgogi
- Mix the bulgogi well with the sauce
- Refridgerate overnight
- Cook
- Place bulgogi in skillet with 1/2 cup of water
- Stir bulgogi until it cooks. You can add more water depending on the status.
