Dejibulgogi
Ingredients
- 1.25 lbs thinly sliced pork belly
- 3 Tbsp gochujang
- 1 Tbsp korean chili powder (gochugaru)
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp mirim (cooking wine)
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 cup green onion
- 1/2 onion
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 green chili pepper
- 1 red chili pepper
- Sesame seeds
Directions
- Prepare vegetables
- Cut them into slice to reasonable size and put together
- Cook samgyupsal
- Place pork in skillet. After one side of pork is cooked, add sliced green onion (1 cup). Then stir them together.
- Add sugar and water 1/2 cup. Boil it.
- Add garlic, gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, mirim, and stir them together.
- Put all vegetables and stir together until vegetables cook.
- Add sesame oil and sesame seeds and stir again.
- Done!
