Dejibulgogi
Ingredients
- 1 lb pork, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves of minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp beef stock (boullion)
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1 T toasted sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 3 T korean hot pepper paste
- a pinch of ground black pepper
Directions
- Marinade overnight
- Cook in a pan on stove, as high as possible, until slightly charred
