Bulgogi
Ingredients
- 1lbs chuck roast, sliced as thinly as possible (best if partially frozen)
- 6 cloves of minced garlic
- 1.5 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3/4 Tbsp beef stock (boullion)
- 1.5 Tbsp water
- 1.5 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- Ground black pepper
- 1 bunch green onion
Directions
- Combine ingredients, marinade overnight
- Sautee in pan on highest heat (or grill w/ grill basket)
