Bacon dressing

Directions

  1. Cook bacon in oven at 425F until crispy, but not burnt
  2. Put half of bacon away. Crumble other half of bacon. Place bacon drippings in a small saucepan.
  3. Add vegetable oil, white vinegar, water, sugar, minced red onion, and corn starch to bacon drippings in saucepan.
  4. Cook on medium until onion is translucent.
  5. Add crumbled bacon when ready to serve. Add salt and pepper to taste.
