• 1.5 oz. Bourbon
• 3/4 oz. Lemon juice
• 1/2 oz. Rich demerara syrup
• 1/2 oz. Raw egg white or aquafaba
• 3 drops Angostura Aromatic Bitters on top as garnish
• Lemon oil
