Strawberry Mint Gimlet
Ingredients
- 2 oz london dry gin
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 1/4 oz rich simple syrup
- 3-4 strawberries
- 6 mint leaves
Directions
- Muddle berries and mint in a shaker
- Shake all ingredients together
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass with, garnish with a lime wheel
