Jasper’s Rum Punch
Ingredients
Mix
- 8 oz fresh lime juice
- 6 oz granulated sugar
- 1/2 oz Angostura Bitters
- 1/2-3/4 tbsp grated nutmeg
Cocktail
- 1.5 oz (45 ml) Jasper’s Mix
- 1.5 oz (45 ml) Wray & Nephew Jamaican Overproof Rum
- Grated nutmeg and mint sprig for garnish
Directions
- Combine mix ingredients in a jar. Cap and shake to combine. Rest in fridge for two hours, agitating occasionally. Store in fridge for up to 3-4 weeks.
- To serve, combine 1:1 with rum and garnish
