Jasper’s Rum Punch

Ingredients

Mix

• 8 oz fresh lime juice
• 6 oz granulated sugar
• 1/2 oz Angostura Bitters
• 1/2-3/4 tbsp grated nutmeg

Cocktail

• 1.5 oz (45 ml) Jasper’s Mix
• 1.5 oz (45 ml) Wray & Nephew Jamaican Overproof Rum
• Grated nutmeg and mint sprig for garnish

Directions

1. Combine mix ingredients in a jar. Cap and shake to combine. Rest in fridge for two hours, agitating occasionally. Store in fridge for up to 3-4 weeks.
2. To serve, combine 1:1 with rum and garnish
