• 2 oz (1 large shot) bourbon
• 2 tablespoon mild honey
• 1.25 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 cup boiling-hot water (or 1/2 cup black tea)
• Cinnamon sticks/whole cloves/nutmeg, as desired
