Initial setup

• Add python+vim plugins
• Add ‘next tab’ as ALT+H/L
• Add ‘search everywhere’ as CTRL+P
• Disable unused plugins
• In the registry, set suppress.focus.stealing=false (this is a bug with caret focus when using i3)
